Payment details are processed securely through our payment provider and we do not store your full card number on our site.
When you book an appointment through Google Calendar we collect the information you provide in the booking form, including your name, email, phone number, and order number if applicable.
When you visit our website, basic technical data may be collected automatically such as your browser type, IP address, and pages visited. This is standard for any website and is used only for security and performance purposes.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to process and fulfill your order, communicate with you about your keepsake, send appointment confirmations and reminders, notify you when your keepsake is ready for pickup, and send order-related text messages if you have provided your phone number and agreed to receive them. We do not use your information for marketing purposes or sell it to third parties.
4. Text Messages (SMS)
If you provide your phone number during checkout, we may send you text messages related to your order — such as milestone updates, appointment reminders, and pickup notifications. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message or by contacting us directly.
5. Third Party Services
Our website and business operations use the following third-party services which may process your data:
WooCommerce processes your order and stores your order details on our WordPress website hosted by Hostinger. Google Calendar handles appointment scheduling — when you book an appointment your details are stored in Google’s systems subject to Google’s privacy policy. Twilio processes SMS messages sent to your phone number. Zoho CRM stores customer contact information for internal business management purposes. None of these services are authorized to use your data for their own marketing or to sell it to others.

Our website uses cookies — small text files stored on your browser — to keep your shopping cart working and to understand how visitors use the site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work correctly if you do.
