1. About Us

Floral Keepsakes by Lauri is a flower preservation studio located in Hudson, New Hampshire. We preserve and frame flowers from weddings, memorials, and other meaningful occasions into custom keepsakes.

2. Orders and Payment

When you place an order through our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is collected at the time of order through our secure checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where necessary.

3. Flower Preservation Process and Timelines

Flower preservation is a detailed, multi-step process that takes time. Estimated completion timelines are provided as a guide only and may vary depending on the flowers, product selected, and current studio volume. Because each keepsake is handmade from natural materials, slight variations in color, texture, and appearance are expected and are not considered defects.

4. Custom and Made-to-Order Products

Our products are custom made for each customer. Because of the personalized nature of our work, orders generally cannot be canceled or refunded once preservation work has begun. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

5. Shipping and Pickup

Completed keepsakes are made available for pickup or shipment as arranged at the time of order. We are not responsible for damage that occurs after a package leaves our studio, although we will assist with carrier claims where reasonably possible.

6. SMS / Text Message Program

Program name: Floral Keepsakes by Lauri SMS Updates.

Program description: If you provide your mobile phone number and explicitly consent by checking the optional SMS checkbox during checkout, you agree to receive transactional text messages from Floral Keepsakes by Lauri related to your order. These messages may include order confirmations, order status updates, appointment reminders, and pickup notifications. This is a transactional notification program only and not a marketing or promotional messaging program.

Consent: SMS consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to agree to receive text messages in order to place an order. Only customers who manually opt in will receive SMS messages through this program.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies depending on the status and activity of your order. You will generally receive a limited number of messages related to a specific order.

Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. These charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Floral Keepsakes by Lauri does not charge a separate fee for text messages.

Opt-out instructions: You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from this program unless you opt in again.
