Floral Keepsakes by Lauri is a flower preservation studio located in Hudson, New Hampshire. We preserve and frame flowers from weddings, memorials, and other meaningful occasions into custom keepsakes.
2. Orders and Payment
When you place an order through our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is collected at the time of order through our secure checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
3. Flower Preservation Process and Timelines
Flower preservation is a detailed, multi-step process that takes time. Estimated completion timelines are provided as a guide and may vary depending on the flowers, the product selected, and current studio volume. Because each keepsake is handmade from natural materials, slight variations in color and appearance are expected and are not considered defects.
4. Custom and Made-to-Order Products
Our products are custom made for each customer. As such, orders generally cannot be canceled or refunded once preservation work has begun. If you have questions about your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
5. Shipping and Pickup
Completed keepsakes are made available for pickup or shipment as arranged at the time of order. We are not responsible for damage that occurs after a package leaves our studio, though we will assist with carrier claims where possible.
6. SMS / Text Message Program

Program description: By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box at checkout, you agree to receive transactional text messages from Floral Keepsakes by Lauri related to your order. These messages include order confirmations and status updates, such as notification that your preserved keepsake is ready. This is a transactional notification program; it is not a marketing program.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies and depends on the status of your order. You will typically receive a small number of messages per order.
Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. These charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Floral Keepsakes by Lauri does not charge a fee for text messages.
Opt-out instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number you receive messages from. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time.
