SMS Consent Proof

This page documents how Floral Keepsakes collects customer consent for SMS messages related to order status and pickup reminders.

Customers are not automatically enrolled in SMS. Consent is requested through an optional, unchecked checkbox on the checkout page, and only customers who manually opt in are eligible to receive order-related SMS updates.

Opt-In Flow

Step 1Customer visits a product page.

Step 2Customer adds a product to the cart.

Consent Language Used at Checkout

By checking this box, you agree to receive SMS order notifications from Floral Keepsakes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. See our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

The checkbox is optional, unchecked by default, and is shown in the checkout billing section before the order is placed.

Important: Our checkout page is only accessible after a customer adds a product to cart. For that reason, this page shows the full opt-in flow with screenshots for verification review.
