SMS Consent Proof

This page documents how Floral Keepsakes by Lauri collects customer consent for SMS messages related to order status and pickup reminders.

Customers are not automatically enrolled in SMS. Consent is requested through an optional, unchecked checkbox on the checkout page, and only customers who manually opt in are eligible to receive order-related SMS updates.

Important: Our checkout page is only accessible after a customer adds a product to cart. For that reason, this page shows the full opt-in flow with screenshots for verification review.

Opt-In Flow

Step 1Customer visits a product page.

Consent Language Used at Checkout

I agree to receive transactional SMS updates from Floral Keepsakes by Lauri about my order, including order confirmation, status updates, and pickup reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.

The checkbox is optional, unchecked by default, and is shown in the checkout billing section before the order is placed.
